Should all employees be required to provide availability sheets to?

This should not even be necessary since the question of availability will be determined at the time of the final acceptance of the offer of employment by the new employee.During the pre-employment interviews the work schedule and the schedule of availability will be defined by the employer. If the prospective employee cannot fulfill the employer's non-negotiable expectations, the final offer of employment will not be tendered.If the work schedule, as mutually agreed, is negotiable, the terms and conditions of the negotiated work schedule will be determined and agreed upon by the time the final offer is tendered. At that moment, the employee will abide by the agreement or the employer will discharge the employee for lack of performance.
