What does an official autism diagnosis look like?
I dont suppose they all look the same - as far as I am aware, there is no one standard. But this question is somewhat worrying: it sounds as if you are planning to write your own diagnosis, and I really do not think this is at all a good idea. My daughters diagnosis came in the form of a 3-page report on the hospitals headed paper, signed by the clinical psychologist who had conducted her assessment, and trying to fake something like this would certainly be a criminal act, as well as being extremely difficult to carry off convincingly. Please do not try anything of the kind.
