What is a good book to understand balance sheets, ratios for a lay?
Thank you for the Ask to Answer Gaurav Sikri. I'd recommend Financial Accounting for Managers by Sanjay Dhamija. Very easy to comprehend, lists everything you need to know. This is the one we used for our course, and had the good fortune of being taught by the author himself. Good luck.
